FAQs
Straight answers before you get in touch.
How we work, what our retainers and training include, how contracts and pricing are handled, and how quickly we can start.
Getting started
Who do you work with?
Founders, B2B SaaS and technology companies, professional-services firms and international businesses that need senior GTM leadership and hands-on execution before building a full in-house team.
Which markets do you cover?
We work with B2B companies across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, the UAE, Canada and Australia.
How quickly can we start?
Most engagements begin within 7–10 business days once scope, commercials and onboarding are agreed.
What happens in the first few weeks?
We begin with discovery and a commercial diagnosis, agree priority segments and measurable outcomes, and then move into focused execution sprints.
GTM & Sales Retainers
Which package should I start with?
Most clients start with Growth. If your ICP and messaging aren’t defined yet, Starter builds that foundation first.
Can I move between packages?
Yes. You can step up at the end of any month as your needs change.
How long is the commitment?
An initial three months, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
Do you offer custom scopes?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we’ll shape the engagement around it.
How will we see progress?
Through weekly working reviews, regular pipeline reporting and a monthly strategic review covering activity, buyer response, qualified opportunities and next decisions.
Do you offer performance-based pricing?
Yes, for selected engagements. Performance fees are agreed by engagement and typically range from 3–5% of first-year collected revenue from opportunities directly sourced or materially advanced by ATS Sales Partners.
What does the retainer include?
Senior-led, embedded support for the agreed scope: strategy, execution, weekly working reviews and regular pipeline reporting, delivered by experienced practitioners rather than account managers.
What isn’t included in the retainer?
Paid media, specialist tools, travel and agreed third-party costs are charged separately where applicable.
Sales & Marketing Training
What training formats do you offer?
Half-day and full-day workshops, a four-week multi-session programme, one-to-one founder coaching and monthly team coaching. Prices and scope for each are on the Pricing page.
How many people can attend?
Each workshop or programme includes up to 20 participants. Additional participants are $150 (international) or ₹1,000 (India) per person per day.
Is training online or in person?
Both. Online delivery is via Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams at no extra cost. For in-person delivery, travel, accommodation and related expenses are borne by the client.
Can the training be tailored to our business?
Yes. Every format is tailored through a pre-workshop questionnaire or call, and we can work with your live messaging, target accounts, CRM stages and active opportunities.
Is there a minimum commitment for coaching?
Founder coaching is month-to-month with no minimum. For team coaching we recommend a three-month minimum, because behaviour change shows over a quarter rather than a month.
Contracts & Legal Support
Can you help close the deal contractually?
Yes. Commercial agreement and contract-closing support can be added to an engagement where required.
Do you replace our legal team?
No. We support commercial agreements, including drafting, review and negotiation support, without trying to replace your legal team.
Is your published content legal advice?
No. Our articles are for general information only. Specific issues should be assessed in light of the relevant facts, contract and applicable law.
Pricing & Terms
Which currency are your prices in?
US dollars for international clients and Indian rupees for clients in India. Use the International / India toggle on the Pricing page to switch between them.
Are taxes included in your fees?
No. Fees exclude GST and any other applicable taxes, which are charged extra.
Who pays for travel?
All travel and related expenses for in-person work, including airfare, local transport, accommodation, meals and per diems, are borne by the client.
