With nearly a decade of experience advising corporate legal teams, boards and law firms, Amrapalli brings together strategic advisory, legal expertise and a strong understanding of business operations. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, governance and commercial execution, helping organisations translate complex business priorities into practical, scalable solutions.

At ATS Sales Partners, she works across corporate strategy, operational excellence, legal and contract management, technology-led transformation and client advisory. She has a particular interest in how AI, analytics and legal technology can improve decision-making, strengthen governance, reduce operational friction and enable sustainable growth.

Her approach combines commercial judgement with rigorous legal and operational thinking, allowing her to work across traditionally separate functions such as sales, marketing, corporate operations and compliance.

Amrapalli studied English Literature at UCLA and holds an LL.B. from Delhi University and an LL.M. from Cornell University.
